Yep, it’s the best feeling.  Even a couple of pounds makes my whole day.  Hasn’t happened to me in awhile, though, sad to say.

I would… if it ever happened to me!  Lol it’s usually the opposite, I’m feeling really good about myself so I get on the scale and discover that I’ve gained 5lbs and then I feel all deflated.  Womp womp.

@Hiya_Unicorn:   I know what you mean.  I swear to God I’ve gained and lost the same damn ten pounds at least a hundred times by now.  Ugh!

@MissBoPeep:  Ha!  I have been really good this week, drinking my protein shakes, smoothies, running, etc.  and I am up by 2…  I am going with the “I’m building muscle” theory. Heh.

No haha I’ve actually gained weight since going to the gym.. But look and feel better. Don’t focus too much on the number on the scale 🙂
