I can’t decide between a single-band setting or double-band setting. I like that a double-band setting is unique, but I don’t like that it makes for a much thicker band when wedding bands are added. Since I’ve decided I definitely want wedding bands so I need help deciding…
Thanks for your help!

Do you mean single or split shank? I have a split shank ring and love it! I don’t see a lot of other women with rings like mine and I love how it gives me a substantial amount of finger coverage. Plus, it is definitely NOT too mcuh when I add a wedding band.

Here’s a picture of how it looks, but I’d get a cushion cut instead. It’s only split at the top, and it’s a micropave band so it’s fairly small.
I’m not sure if I’m sold on all of the finger coverage – I have a size 5 ring finger so I don’t want it to distract from the center stone

Thanks all, I’ve decided to go with a single band!

@eam003: I have almost the same ring–I love the subtle split shank because it makes the band a little less delicate and more substantial looking, here’s a link to a little viddeo of it i took on youtubehttp://youtu.be/qSG0rM2Fs8A?hd=1— and u can c other photos in my profile
