We bought my ring off of moissaniteco.com with *no problems* and *no regrets*  It is a Tiffany Soleste Replica (ENG225) with a 1.4 ct center cushion cut forever brilliant and .77 ct of side stones in a double halo, split shank.  It’s set in Palladium and I am a size 7.  Hope this helps!

@FutureDrAtkins:  Your ring is just gorgeous. This may be my next setting. I have a 1.25 peachy pink I am DYING to have set….this may be it. How has it held up? Any missing side stones?

@missfroggy:  Lol.. it didn’t hold up at all. Lost a stone within 19 days. Sent it in for repairs, had it back for maybe 2 weeks, lost another stone from the halo. Sent it in for repairs, never got it back because they tried to recast it in white gold then told me that the setting design is flawed. I believe they are still offering it for sale… I wouldn’t buy it without contacting them to see if the designer (Unique Settings of NY) has remade the mold.

@FutureDrAtkins:  Oh my goodness! Thank you so much for checking back in. I had my heart set on this for a ring next year…..I have been emailing MoCo since last night about this ring.

I am sure Schubach’s can make something of higher quality anyway. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Did you end up with something else?

@missfroggy:  Yep, I had Schubach’s custom make me a different double halo. It’s worlds better. I have a thread on it called “My Custom Double Halo” … wish I would’ve went with Schubach from the start! Could have saved myself months of heartache. Oh well, live and learn! PS, is the moco website working for you?? I think they blocked my IP address? I can’t access it…

@missfroggy:  I have the ENG225. No problems *yet* for me.  Got it in July.  I did contact them to see if I could get a different, non-palladium setting for the same style after I heard this one was defective, and they just didn’t respond.

@Andthepupmakes3:  I’m really glad you don’t have any problems. I also got mine in July, but we ordered it in late April/early May. I hope you never have problems with your ring! It’s so disheartening when that happens. I can’t believe they couldn’t bother to e-mail you back. It’s like once they get your money they don’t really have “time” to respond to you. Sad.

@FutureDrAtkins:  Can you PM me how much your current setting was? (if you find that terribly offensive/rude you can ingore me.) I am just curious how they compare. Beth is a DREAM to work with. She advised me on my current solitaire with BP RB 2 carat. I love Schubach’s. It seems like MoCo’s customer serivce had stellar reviews before they got crazy buzy. I bought a few pieces from them over the years.

@Andthepupmakes3:  I am really glad you are pleased with your ring! It is really upsetting when something so sentimental is falling apart after purchase. I have heard their correspondence can be hit or miss.

@FutureDrAtkins:  Yup. The worst part is that I dont want to get involved in any of their drama, I just want a defect free ring that I’m not psychotically checking to make sure everything’s in place. But it seems like unhappy bees get a pretty rough go of it for talking about their real experiences…

@missfroggy:  Yep I’m pretty positive they’ve blocked my IP addresses. I can’t access it from any device I’ve ever used to log on. I’ve been trying to check out their website for some earrings or a necklace. I wouldn’t be afraid to buy from them if I got a simple setting or ordered a loose stone, but apparently they don’t want my business anymore. We’ve got 3 computers in this house, and none of them will let me on the website, I get a “403 forbidden error.” I also tried my cell phone and I’m blocked there as well. I can access it on my work computer…. go figure. They have had me blocked for about a month now, I’m guessing. How freaking crazy is that?!? The new ring was over double what the last one cost. I think the setting was a bit over $2500.

@FutureDrAtkins:  They are ridiculous (MoCo)…..I remember looking at their jewelry back in 2008?? Their reviews have seemed to slip since. I am sad for it. But……what do they expect?

Your new ring is just breathtaking! Was that price with or without your OEC?

@FutureDrAtkins:  THe other funny thing is on that moissaniteco exposed thread, Mike jumped in and said yours was the only ENG225 made in palladium so it wasn’t a big issue… False.  I didn’t comment there because again, I don’t want drama, but still not cool.
