i’ve made lots of progress and feel great but now its down to the wire- how did you girls stay motivated? I feel like i’m losing steam even though its so close…and the weight is getting harder and harder to take off!

I kept thinking about my honeymoon. I knew I was okay with my dress, but the idea of 10 days in my bathing suit made me focus! LOL!

Great job! I have lost most of my motivation to get fit since getting married. It was motivation to look hot on my wedding day before. Now my motivation is to just be hot which is harder to maintain!

I don’t know you personally, but I am SO proud of you!
Go to the store and pick up 20 pounds of meat… maybe 4 big roasts or something. Carry them in your arms as if you’re looking for something else, until they become really heavy and cumbersome, then put them down. Look at how much better you feel! (They do this on The Biggest Loser–they make them wear a suit weighing as much as they’ve lost, then run in it).

Visualize yourself in your dress. Imagine having a big photo of you and your hubby on your wedding day hung on your wall for the rest of you life. How do you want to look? And way to go! It’s great that you’ve been so successful!
