So for IBS reasons, I decided to forgo all tangible grains (i.e. bread, crackers, baked goods, pasta..). You know, all the tasty stuff. I started on Tuesday and only broke down once on Thursday by eating a cookie. But other than that, I’m down 2lbs in 3 days and my rings don’t get stuck on my fingers anymore! I’m excited to see if this is a fluke or if I will keep shedding weight. I am about to go on vacation, but I will *try* so hard to stick to this as much as possible.
