Seriously though, I am. Starting “My Fit Foods 21 Day Challenge” tomorrow. You can’t drink anything but water and a liver cleanser concoction. I’m not trying to lose a lot of weight. It’s supposed to help your energy, give you portion control and make you lose some weight. To all my Texas ladies (in a major city), I’d recommend it, the food is good. Fiance lost 20lbs doing it. Anyway – wish me luck. Good bye red wine and cookies! Any one else do a fitness/food program? I feel like I’m crazy for signing up for this! Here’s to my e-session on April 4th!
