Tough with one underager. One thing I love is Palamino (s/p) for desert, on 9th and Hennepin, you can order later on at night in their lounge. They are all soooo good so you have to get a sampling of a bunch of them.
Downtown is tough because most of it is over 21. I wish I could be more help. Some places if you are in there before 9:00 you maybe fine and then just stay later. Not sure if this is legal or not.

For my sister in law's bachelorette party we went to the melting pot (great fondue place!) and then out to the Acme Comedy Company for a show and then after that her sisters had rented a limo and we just drove around the city until late and took random pictures here and there. Myself and one of her sisters were 20 at the time, so no clubs for us! However, there were drinks in the limo....but that can always be left out depending on how young the underager is.
At the melting pot we were able to have our own room and share some drinks out of huge martini glasses (like 1' diameter rim on the glass!). So we got 3 drinks I believe and just passed them around the table and had all sorts of fondue.
The comedy club was great since they also made sure she was going to be there and get embarassed as well. They called her up on stage and asked all sorts of questions about my bro and cracked jokes and such (only lasted about 5 minutes, but it ws still hilarious to watch her get so embarassed).
She really had a great time though and all of the rest of us did as well.
When we go downtown we usually hit up some of the smaller bars - but with an underager that's probably not a good plan! Acme is great - although some of their shows are 21+. The Old Spaghetti Factory is really yummy - and bring some drinks (if you want) and choosign a hotel with a hottub and/or pool could be fun.
I dont know if you are one who likes to go out and dance but there are a good amount of dance clubs downtown that are 18+. I am just turning 21 on Friday and my favorite club has been Spin. I think it is only 18+ on Thursdays though.
I've found this website pretty helpful when looking for restaurants and bars in the Twin Cities. It's called Metromix and I used it all the time when I lived in Chicago. Well, it's apparently moving all over the country now!

Hey ladies!
My bm's are throwing me a bachelorette party in Minneapolis and I'm looking for suggestions of where to go!
We are considering staying at either the Courtyard Depot, Downtown Embassy Suites, or the Westin Downtown...
We are planning on going out to eat/drink somewhere downtown (this is where I need suggestions!) and we were going to go to Gameworks but the whole 21 and over after 9...we have ONE underager...darn it!
