Shaun T has this 15 min workout and I saw it on Dr. Oz yesterday, so I book marked the site and i did it this morning. OMG what a work out! I plan to do this everyday as i know I can find 15 mins…if you want to try it, here’s the link…
it requires no speacial equipment, just you.

I love Shaun T. I have his INSANITY DVDs and his hip hop abs DVD as well. He definitely knows how to get you in shape fast! I will try this one! Thanks for sharing! 🙂

I definitely want to give this a try! And I love that there’s three real women doing it with them, and not some perfectly in shape people that they normally have in workout videos.

Thanks for sharing. Shaun T is great! My wedding is in June and I started Insanity in November. The first month and half I wasn’t going according to the plan because I didn’t have a copy of it but I started from the recovery week following it to the exercise plan and wow! It’s painful but I’m getting my young body back. The hard part is not working out, it’s starting to work out. The motivation…you just have to work with yourself and once you get in it and make it a routine, you feel bad when you don’t work out. I’m in my 3rd month and I’m already there. It’s great!

hahaha, i am so glad that some of you are suffering with me! the first time i did it, my legs, abs and a$$ hurt for 4 days! not so bad now, but i alternate between this and my treadmill.
