Dreaming is a time for your brain to digest all it's taken in that day. I think your brain is just sorting it the way it knows best by talking it through the way you would with a therepist. If you are feeling refreshed and good, then I don't think you need to see a councellor or therepist. HOwever if you would like to, then I suggest you go. It's always good to have someone to talk to that won't take sides, and will listen to you. It will help clear your mind, and keep you focused.

Perhaps this is funnier than super emotional, but last night in my dream I went to therapy!
I remember several dreams a week. Usually I have very anxious dreams, which I find distressing upon waking. This was a great contrast. I addressed some of my issues, and felt really good upon waking up. We talked about how I feel about my job, which I've been feeling conflicted about lately. My "therapist" was this petite brunette named Kathy, who I think looked like the character I am reading about in a book right now....
I am a trained counselor and a big advocate of therapy, but I am not in therapy right now. Do you think my subconscious is trying to tell me something? ;-)
Have you all ever learned things from your dreams?
