Hi everyone – would love some help figuring this out.. My fiance is absolutely amazing and deserves the best – – – want to make sure i do it right 🙂 . . Would you mind reading below and providing some input?
– Send her flours first thing in the morning with something that connects us back to the place we met (can’t think of what that could be yet.. thinking of going back to take a photo of it and get it printed.. there would be a table there – i could put two vases with one red rose on each for the pic).
– Later in the morning send a locket from [email protected] (http://www.tiffany.com/Shopping/Item.aspx?sku=GRP05518&cid=287465&omcid=SMPF2&utm_campaign=Social_Media_Shared_Link&utm_medium=social_media&utm_source=Twitter_Share&utm_content=&utm_term= via @TiffanyAndCo), engraved with our day. Write a love letter and include two b/w pics of us from our engagement shoot.
I think this is it.. Anything else you think she’d love? Thank you soooooo much for even reading this far :).. Appreciate any help i can get!

YES. YES YES YES. That would be epic if I rec’d flowers with a piece of tres leches cake (I was proposed to as I was taking my first bite)…or if he somehow found the dog that peed on his chair on our first date. No, wait, I want the cake. 😉 Great job! The locket is great, absolutely, but I would be more into bringing it back to our memories. 🙂

That sounds really sweet!! Try to make sure you know her “getting ready” schedule, so you don’t accidentally send gifts while she’s super busy or in the middle of something! If she’s having photos taken before the ceremony, it would be really sweet if you sent the gifts then, that way the photographer could get some nice emotional shots of her receiving your thoughtful gifts.

Where did you first meet? I’m half curious and half want to know to see if I can think of anything to send that would symbolize it. The flowers and locket are amazing btw.

@breadandbutterflies: .. First met was at work (boring-ish)… But we first met with the thought of being together at a party on the beach.. sorta run down, open concept, building/covered patio close to the water (that’s where the table would be).. Figured that’d be nicer

Hey, let me send you my fiance’s contact number. TELL HIM WHAT YOU’RE DOING SO HE CAN DO IT FOR ME! hahaha jk. kinda. haha
Anyway, I think that’s ridiculously romantic and perfect. Can’t think of anything that would make it better.

You’ve got it! This is sweet enough on its own! (Please be my Fiance in disguise!)

You are totally going to make her mascara run! Really fantastic ideas, so romantic and personal. Go for it!

That’s a such a fab idea. The locket is a lovely gift.
I would add a bottle of champange and mini breakfast croissionts for when she’s getting ready to enjoy with her girls. Its just a suggustion.

Oh wow, you are a phenomenal man!
The only thing I would suggest is make sure that your Fiance LIKES heart jewelry. It’s a heavily debated topic. Most women are either totally for it, or totally against it. Does she have any heart jewelry that you haven’t given her? (It doesn’t count if she has heart jewelry you gave her before and she says she likes it, because she would say that no matter what.)
Personally, I absolutely hate heart jewelry. If you know her sister or friend, ask them to find out about it for you. They will have more luck getting an honest opinion.
You are such a sweet guy for doing this!

OMG you’re so sweet! I think you should teach Being an Awesome Fiance 101. I wouldn’t change a thing… unless (as the PP stated) you find out that she hates heart jewelry. If she does, then an oval locket instead.

@thanks: wow i would love that ; )

@Tangled: Got me worried about the heart now… 🙂 .. thinking too that the heart might make it a “sometimes” necklace rather than her staple… What do you think of this one? I love the infinity thought.. Says more than an engraving.
