Hello wedding bees,
I need to decide on the sash for my dress. I think it needs a broader sash – right now it has a temporary belt with an old flower i was trying. Do you think i should get a new satin/raw silk sash of the similar color, or of another color – suggetsions please!! Maybe light grey color. I want to keep a flower thing though – maybe a bigger one.
Just a note – The dress itself is a little loose under the boobies, and will be tucked in.

I’d get a sash to bring the dress in and define your waist better.

I agree with @mishagirls79.: Another sash may enhace your figure better.

Hi both 🙂
so a broader one definitely?? What about color – should i stick to this color palette? Yeah, the dress does looks a little boxy from the top – but im hoping once its tucked in – that’ll be helpful.

@dmesther: It’s a pretty light lacey dress, so pastels are always nice with this kind of airey dress.
You could try a wide pink sash with an ivory flower.
Or a wide ivory sash with a pink flower that’s got ivory accrents.
Is it possible to get your hands on some ivory and pink fabric to experiment with widths befor eyou commit to a more expensive ribbon or sash? Will you or someone be making the sah? IF so, you’ve lot lots of possiblities!

Definitely try a sash that will define your waist, even something that has an embellishment such as rhinestones, flowers, etc.
