(Closed) Dress Centimeter too Small

Are you getting alterations on it? Generally a dress can be altered one size up, there’s usually some seam allowance.

I think it could probably work, but depending on your size it may be easier/harder to loose any size around your ribcage. As in, if you are really small, the size is probably based on the actual size of your ribcage rather than any extra bulk. 

Like PP said, they might be able to take it out a bit, I would ask a seamstress who has seen the dress.

There should be a centimetre of fabric in the seams – I would have a seamstress look at it. Also if you were wearing a bra – don’t. Have them sew in cups. That should buy you some space.
