Here are some photos of my dress.

Now I am wondering what I should do about hair and accessories. I don't have the long flowing tresses that these models do...it's medium-long with a few layers and bangs. Without saying too much yet, I am looking for ideas for hair, shoes, jewelry!

I bet you can find bracelets that somewhat fit the theme of the design along the waist line of the dress...

Shoes should be pretty easy- it looks like you can find something with a little shimmer in it to tie in the dresses design.

I always get stumped on strapless dress necklaces! My dress is lacy. Your dress has two different things going on that you wouldn't want to wear a necklace that detracts from the top of the gown. Wouldn't you agree?

I think when you go in for your hair trial and show them your dress, the hairdresser might have some good ideas. Are you planning on wearing a veil?

you could also get clip on hair extensions if you wanted your hair longer for that day!

I was thinking along the lines of sparkles-- a baubly bracelet that reflects the baubly design in the waist line would pull the whole thing together. Maybe a fascinator with a flower and some feathers in your hair?

Maybe some sparkly drop earrings as well?

I would pick out some great drop earrings that have the same sparkle as your dress. For your hair, I would take your dress picture in when you have your trial run for your hair to see what she recommends.

I was thinking the same thing, about skipping a necklace and wearing drop earrings.

I might consider a bracelet if I can find one that works. As for hair, I'm not sure what a fascinator is - is it that net thing? Flowers/feathers may work...not sure. :) For shoes I will probably do an ivory shoe with a few rhinestones on them, open-toed - or can I consider a different colour shoe, i.e. light blue or silver? Not too sure... My bridesmaids will be wearing Indigo/Cobalt/Periwinkle and I am considering blue/purple/lime green flowers....like lime green spider mums with some dark purple and maybe some periwinkle hydrangeas - I'll save it for the floral designer! hehe

I thought I would be an earthy bride but those big crystal circles on the dress...am I crazy or do they make my look 'old hollywood'? I am suddenly imagining that big-curl bob hairstyle (with bangs).

Oh my gosh!!! I absolutely LOVE your dress. It's GORGEOUS!!!

I would probably skip the necklace and do big earrings...lots of bling. That dress is gorgeous alone so I would keep the jewelry to a minimum...wow..it's SO pretty!!

i would definitely go for colored shoes, like silver or even your flower or bridesmaids colors. i'm wearing light gold shoes, and some other weddingbee brides wore/are wearing colored shoes, so i'm all for it. i think peep-toes would like nice...and if you still want to go with the earthy bride look, flat shoes would work or go barefoot with a sparkly anklet.

also, i think depending on your accessories, hair, and make-up, your dress can go along with the more bohemian, earthy look or hollywood glam look. that is a very gorgeous dress!

i'm also wondering why the heck veils are so darn expensive?! :)

aren't they just a piece of netting with a hair comb and maybe a few sparkles attached? geez... i keep thinking maybe i can make one. i think i want one but i'm not a hundred percent sure yet.
