Weddingbee boards

I bought my dress at a sample sale in L.A. so there are a few little dirt marks on the bottom that need to be removed.  Does anyone have a recommendation of where to take it to get it cleaned before the wedding?

I'm also looking for a place to do my alterations since I bought my dress in L.A.  A Tailor won't do your dress if you didn't buy it from them from the months of February-April.  I'm super nervous to hand over my designer gown to just anyone, so I would love any help you can give.
