You’ll get more feedback if you add a poll and make those pictures larger.

The pics are pretty tiny, but from what I can see I prefer the 2nd one.

Have you tried them both on?

You definitely should try them both on, you’d be surprised how you might change your mind. I’ve read from a lot of bees here that when they try on their dream dress they are disappointed, and they end up going with something completely different.

I do think a more fitted dress, like the first picture you posted above, is more a propos for a barn wedding… I’m getting married outdoors and I chose a very slim dress (Allure 8800) because I think it’ll be easier to move around and it fits the outdoor feel. I was very nervous about getting a dress with a long train that could get dirty outside!

@mnbride13:

I am in the same boat as you.  Do I go big ball gown and princess for my one special day or do I go clasisc simple lace or sexy trumpet.  I have tried a couple in each style and there are pros/cons for both.

Of  your two dresses I would pick the 1st.  I love the elegance and simple sexy of the lace and open back.  I am not fond of the bodice on the 2nd. Sorry

I like dress number 1, with the keyhole back. While I agree its the one day to go all out, it’s not like I can wear white trumpet dresses everyday either! Haha. But I pretty much choose lace every time- I think it looks romantic, classic and soft.

I love them both, But I think for a barn wedding you should do #1, the lace has that country/barn feel to it.

I think dress number 1 works better for a barn wedding.

Are you sure you could add a sweetheart neckline to dress number 2 with that beading??
