I am having quite a time finding a dress….
I have tried on the La sposa Lena, but it was the second dress I tried on and since I didn’t like the part of netting over the breasts so I took it off pretty quick and didnt think twice about. I plan on trying on the san patrick, but think I will like it alot. After looking quite a bit but not being able to find every element I want – most importantly cap sleeve straps that dont look just stuck on, sweetheart neckline, trumpet fit, crystal detailing under the breasts, buttons down back – So I decided to find the closest one I can find and fix it to what I want. I am insanely picky so I will be altering both dresses to add a crystal detail sash under the breast as well as buttons down the back (I can’t tell if the Cobalto has them from the pics online).
Also I think I need a dress that is not too structured, I think the extra material just makes me look hippier
Anyways which do you guys think is better? Thoughts?

Welcome to the Hive!
The Cobalto is just to die for, that is my vote!

I wouldn’t jump the gun yet since you didn’t try on the one and your already finding things wrong with lena. I tried on dresses I thought I would like and didnt. Why not go the custom route? You can have someone add all the details you really want without having to alter anything.
sidenote: I’m a huge pronovias fan so any la sposa/san patrick usually gets me vote.

I really like the lasposA!
But the San Patrick is also lovely although I am not a fan of the oval back on it.

La sposa. 🙂 Although they both are so similar it was hard to choose one! Either way, you’d make a good choice.

I like the San Patrick better b/c I’m not a fan of the thing across the chest on the La Sposa.

Just wondering did you decide on a dress? mine is also the san patrick one and i want to get fabric buttons put on it. The shop i ordered the dress from can’t get the fabic buttons to match and the dress maker said it’s quiet expensive to make the fabric buttons as they have to be done by hand.
Not sure whether to get them made anyway, but satin ones on it or leave the buttos out altogether, Any opions or advice would be appreciated. Not sure how the satin buttons would like when the dress is totally lace.
