The dress is beautiful, but it doesn’t look like the right dress for you. You’d look great in it on your wedding day if you wore it, but it doesn’t look like it really fits your personality. It doesn’t look like it’s a dress you’ll be satisfied with long-term.

I think you could find a better gown for yourself than that; something that is really you.

I personally think it is beautiful and that it needs a petticoat under it to give a fuller shape.  You have a tiny waist for it.

Ktlady09:  I think its a beautiful dress, and fits you well- esp. being “small”. BUT if you’re second guessing it, it probably isn’t your dress. I personally debated between 2 and I’m so happy I chose the one I did. I know if I didn’t I’d be having regrets.

I think it’s lovely and just needs to be the right size/fit which alternations should fix!

This is the dress I bought! Casablanca 2077?? It’s stunning. I’ve seen it on very small brides, and I think once it actually, you know…FITS, it’ll look gorgeous. I think it looks better without any sort of crinoline underneath – that would definitely swallow you up.

i think it looks too big on you, but it seems like in the right size it would look very nice. the three of you picked a classic silhouette that will go very nicely with your venue.  personally, i really like the dress.  it’s totally up to you though… are you going to feel nagging regret about the dress? do you have time to give yourself a couple weeks, not look at that dress or any others, and come back to it with fresh eyes?

Ktlady09:  I think that this is a beautiful dress!!! With your vintage venue I think it will be perfect. I know what you mean though about swallowing you…Why don’t you ask the bridal shop if it’s possible to take some tulle out so it is a little smaller at the bottom? Be honest with them about what you invision in THIS dress since you can’t take it back. See what they can come up with and stay positive. It might be a little pricier but so is not using the non-refundable dress. I love it though and the top fits your little frame so nicely.

oh i just read your comment about already buying it.  i’ll be more honest then hehe … i love that dress.  it’s a major breath of fresh air and i’m obsessed with that A-lines with flowy light-looking skirts (that’s the style of my dress too 🙂 )
