I’m in two minds about my dress. e’ve brought our wedding forward a year and so I’ve missed the deadlines for lots of designers and there is a reduced budget due to the year less of savings!
I felt a lot of pressure to get this dress bought and done with as I have so much work pressure atm I feel physically sick having to plan a wedding as well sometimes. I’m happy I found this dress but wonder if I should get a few alterations or leave it alone?
I’d like your opinions on maybe putting a few of the embellishments that are on the waist a bit lower on the dress and on the train. The drain is plain and I want it to look a bit prettier (seems to be the bit of dresses I like most is the pretty trains! hehe).
This is the dress:
Can I ask honestly, do you think it makes me look a bit over weight? Stress eating has made me put on almost a stone! I WILL get back to my normal weight for the wedding though 🙂

It does not make you look overweight at ALL. Very flattering on your trim shape!

@lealorali: Thank you 🙂
I think perhaps I’m getting paranoid. FI’s sister is getting married 6 weeks after us and is a personal trainer! She is so beautiful and they’re spending almost 3x our budget and have a similar theme and dress. I guess I just don’t want ours to be the not so great version of their wedding.
I think will try to remember this is our wedding and it doesn’t matter what FI’s family think of me if I like it 🙂 Maybe it takes a while to get used to that one dress being the ONE.

You look slim and beautiful, and that dress is perfect the way it is!

You don’t look overweight at all. The dress is very flattering.
I think that the top of the dress has just the right amount of embellishments, that the train doesn’t need anything at all. It is a beautiful dress just the way it is.

I would leave the dress alone, its beautiful as is! And overweight??? You are looking in the wrong mirror my friend, I am not even sure you should lose anymore, you look awesome the way you are! =)

Your dress looks beautiful on you:) you have a great figure so try to stop worrying

You and the dress look great! Not overweight at all; it makes your waist look teeny tiny. I wouldn’t add anything. Your accesories will give it enough more “oomph” that you will look amazing!
