That really stinks, I have no idea what you can do at this point.  Can you refuse the dress and go look elsewhere?

Oh no that sucks!  I’m so sorry.  I wish there was something I could say to make things less stressful πŸ™

I just hope everything works out the way they’re supposed to.

OMG, I’m so sorry, that’s awful!!! Don’t give up hope yet tho, tailors can do amazing things even when it seems all hope is lost…When is your next fitting?? You should def ask for a discount or some type of monetary reimbursement for this disaster, again, so sorry!! Good luck, finger’s crossed for ya!

Eeek!!  You mention a zipper, is there anyway you could have it altered to a corset?  I would think that would give you a size or 2 give?  How long will it take for whatever alterations they’re doing now to let it out?  Hopefully that works!!!

Yikes!  I’m so sorry – hopefully they can get their act together and fix this for you.  I totally understand dress stress.  I keep having nightmares that my seamstress hemmed my dress too short πŸ™

I know how you feel!  That is so awful, I am so sorry!

My dress had the wrong measurements too, and I fit… but it makes my boobs look like implants, it is so tight in the bust!

That is so terrible, and now i’m a little worried for when i pick my dress up this week…i hope it fits.  I was watching say yes to the dress the other day and there was a girl on there who got her dress back and the salon had messed up her meaurements too.  she had to get a new one.

OMG That is such bs!  I really hope for you that they fix it!  πŸ™  Makes me so ticked off the way some salons treat their brides.

Have you heard of the coset slimmer that pulls you in 2 sizes instantly? No matter how skinny you are. My mom has one from this lady at her church who sells them gave it to her and she doesnt wear it. So I tried it and it slimmed me down in the waiste and hip area about 2 sizes. If all else fails I suggest you try that, it actually works. I wish you the best. I am sorry you are stressed. oh the compnay who sells the slimmer is called Ardys. You can Google them to see if there is a person in your area who sells them.

Oh no I’m so sorry! I feel your pain, my dress is also too small. And I’m a size 0-2. ?!?! It’s so stressful, I know just how feel. My best advice (or what I am doing) is going to a couple of seamstresses for a consult. See what they can do or what they say. If you don’t trust the bridal shop you went to don’t risk it. Hang in there, hopefully they can take some out for you or figure out something. Keep us posted!

OMG my worst bridal dress nightmare is your reality! How awful – although I can’t see how they could claim the dress fits you when it clearly doesn’t? Surely it’s not up to them to decide whether it fits you, but you! Good luck on Thursday – may the dress fairy have worked her magic on your dress…
