Don't worry you are not alone in the world to women, time and dresses!
Birth control really should not make you blow up, it really depends on a woman's body chemistry. Try not to over stress and keep being healthy with food and excercise. Any weight you gain would be water weight, which is something you can easily manage a day or two before your wedding :)
If something really bad happens, perhaps someene can help you out with the corset adjustment!
( sorry about the late responses, looks like you posted on a friday night, which can be kind of dead around these parts ;)
@sweetpea87: Don't stress it. I bought my dress in December, and I only tried it on in June. Went to try it on for alterations last weekend, and it fit a little snug. Hopefully, I'll be good to go on the wedding day. :)
Thanks! I'll try to calm down about it.
@Eva Peron: Haha, I'm still trying to figure out the times not to post. I'm working on not posting at 2am when I can't sleep, then expecting help, so I'll try to remember that about Friday night too!

I bought my dress (a Sophia Tolli) off the rack at an awesome price. It fits perfectly, and I won't need to get alterations done (aside from hemming and bustle), so I was really excited. However, my wedding's not for another 4 months, and I'm worried about the fit come the wedding day. My weight fluctuates a lot, and I was at the lower end then, not to mention I just started birth control, so I'm worried I might gain a little weight. I don't think it's anything that can't be managed by a corset, but then I'm worried I might not gain any weight. The problem with that is that I am a 34DDD, so the only strapless bras that will work on me are longlines, which means they'll make my waist a little smaller, making the dress a little loose. My solution is to try to only gain 3-4 pounds from now to the fitting, cuz I'd rather need a corset than find out the dress is too loose. I would love to put a corset back in it, but I *really* can't afford anything on alterations aside from the hem and bustle, so I'm just gonna have to adjust my weight for the dress. Add to that the worry my dress won't stay up, and I'm freaking out over something that's probably kinda silly. Anyone else have a similar problem?
