The dress is adorable, I think it would be perfect for a reception dress!
I think it is perfect for a courthouse ceremony, as well as reception. And it gives you a chance to pair it with totally awesome shoes!
Plus, it gives you a chance to make your courthouse ceremony feel that much more special, if that makes sense.
Make sure you get someone to take pics of you after the courthouse ceremony, just because. It will be great to have a pic immediately after you become husband and wife.
@misskoala: Thanks I was thinking best for reception too! and Im sure I will be happy to change out of a long dress for the august wedding lol

That is adorable and perfect for a courthouse ceremony. I would totally wear that and then wear it to the reception, it is just perfect.

AND I am thinking about ordering a bridesmaid bouquet so it is smaller and cheaper for the court house I am thinking about this one what do you think?
That bouquet is freaking adorable, I would not believe that is BM bouquet.

I think that I did mine for like $30 with hobby lobby flowers. It was a PITA getting the stems cut down and I tied them together with zip ties which was the easiest way. Thank goodness DH was there to help or I would have been in trouble. Granted, the fake ones that I bought I was picky about and were kind of pricey and I didn't have a coupon, bad bride.
@tksjewelry: No coupon how could you? lol! I am thinking I might do fakes too and Ill be picky about it because I think id use it for both!
I saw this on Haute Look and thought it would look cute over that dress and it's only $28

@MsPanda: I was scanning HL and thinking about ordering a different one and that one was on the next row. I immediately thought of that adorable dress of yours and the black sash.
@tksjewelry: It would be perfect with the black sash! I love that one but I am thinking either that one or a cute cardigan. Im not sure what exactly I want yet I think I will wait until I get the dress and can feel what I think will go best!

Ok so Fi and I have to get married before the wedding for insurance and a few other reasons... I still want a pretty dress and I found this on www.shabbyapple.com I would be ordering this (its 2 peices) with the idea of either using it for the reception or some other wedding event (shower or bachlorette party) Do you think it would work for both the court house leagal wedding and for a reception or other event dress? and if yes what event do you think it would work best for?
