So I think I made a huge mistake, I order a dress(eden 1380) with out trying it on and no I really hate how I look in it. It appears to me that I have no waist in it and that it doesn’t look right on me because my chest is too big. My fiance doesn’t like it either and has offered the solution of getting a new dress and selling this one. Personally I don’t know what I want to do because even though I don’t like it I am only gonna wear it for a few hours and most likely do a trash the dress session were I actually trash the dress. I am kind of at a loss as to what to do. My wedding is in June so I do have timer to order a new one. Another factor is that I plan on losing a huge amount of weigh before I get married, right now I am losing about 10 to 15 lb a month(I started dieting 3 mths ago) so the dress might not suck as bad when I am skinner. I am about a size 18 right now just to put things in prospective.

In my opinion, if you even have to use the phrase “my dress might not suck as bad,” I would get a new dress and sell this one. Your fiance seems to be on board, so I say go for it and make yourself happy!! It’s YOUR dress and you still have time. You are going to want to feel beautiful on your wedding day.

OR another option is to try adding crinoline to make the bottom poof out a little (mermaid/fit and flare style). It will give you the illusion of having more of a defined waist.

I like your dress. But, I agree that there is not enough room for your bust. (I have the same problem!) Is it possible for a seamstress to add to the top to make more room for your bust? If you really don’t like it, follow your FIs advice to sell it and get another one. But, do not just order another one. You really need to try the dress on first. Us large busted women have to do that for most everything, especially wedding gowns! Good luck!
