At this point I have tried on 20-30 dresses and I feel like I am no closer to finding what I really love.
I went to Davids Bridal recently and I really liked V9409: http://www.davidsbridal.com/Product_Chiffon-A-line-Gown-with-Side-Draped-Bodice-V9409
But it didnt have enough on the bottom and the back it felt plain, I was hoping for more. I also felt the dress wasnt great quality there were seams visible and it pulled funny when the corset back was tightened. Im sure the later could be fixed by a long line bra underneath it.
I tried this one on these and liked how the back had more detail: http://www.davidsbridal.com/Product_Strapless-Organza-A-line-Gown-with-Satin-Draping-V8820_Bridal-Gowns-Features-All-Gowns
I also like several of Maggie Sotteros gowns like Ruby and Geneva they are light and flowly (looking I havent tried them on yet) However my budget is 1200 (max 1500 with alteratioins) so I’m afraid they don’t fit it. I have seen so many fantastic recommendations come from this website. So does anyone know of a dress that fits what I am looking for light and flowy but still structured and fitted top with interesting beading or appliques through out the whole dress?
Thanks in advance for the help!

Geneva new is $1219, if you find a trunk show (listed on Maggie website) you should get an extra 10% off so would be in your budget. Plus there are listings for preowned dresses (includes unworn and samples) here on weddingbee, preownedweddingdresses.com, oncewed.com, etc. You should be able to get that or the Ruby within your budget!!

and look at some Mori Lee Blu dresses! They are so romantic and definitely within your budget! And quality is very good for the price!

Thanks for the recommendations and thanks for the price info on the Maggie Sottero, a few of the dress I had wanted to try on were 1500+ and I really liked the geneva I just thought it was out of my price range. I will take a look at Mori Lee Blu.
Does anyone know anything about Davinci Bridal? They seem to have really similar dresses to Maggie Sottero but I have heard they are less expensive. Is the quality still good?

I don’t have anything against Davids Bridal, but there are definitely better options when looking at higher price points. Davinci musts knocks off other designers, but the quality is awful.
mori lee is an excellent suggestion. Also look at Allure, Casablanca and Anjolique. Try Best Bridal Prices or Pearls Place–they are reputable Internet sources that might be able to take off the extra $$$ to get something in your budget. Plus–no sales tax!
