Okay I need some help, ladies. There are many dresses that I like. I almost was completely set on the Monique Lhuillier Confetti top/Coco skirt with the champagne sash.
But I also like the Kenneth Pool Degas now. That dropped waist is just lovely.
But I am also really loving the Justina McCaffrey Romance. I have pictures, too.
This is the Monique Lhuillier:
This is the Kenneth Pool Degas (also designer of some of the Amsale dresses…)
And this is the Justina McCaffrey Romance.

Its hard to judge the dresses by those pics do you have a full frontal (hehe) of the bottom 2?

These are all lovely gowns. I prefer the first one; however, I would not choose it for myself because the style is not flattering on my figure type. I suggest that you see if you can try all of these on and then make your decision. You may decide you don’t like any of them and go with something completely different.

I vote for the monique but my second choice would be romance!
They are all pretty though!

I am having issues now… I just want to cry. I had officially logged off for the night, and as I closed my eyes, the only thing that kept popping up was one name: Maggie Sottero. I had viewed some of their dresses online about a month ago, when I was having some sort of ballgown phase, and it is really what everyone want me to wear. I just looked at the dress that I almost had decided upon, and now I am confused as ever. I had my heart set on the Monique Lhuillier, I think… I think what I am planning to do is just think on it for a while, and not decide anything right this second. If you are wondering, the Maggie dress that caught my eye was the Brielle. I absolutely loved the back of it. By the way, have you seen the red fit and flare dress? It is gorgeous. Amara Royale.
Here is the Amara Royale.

Have you tried any of them on yet? I personally like the Degas the most, but it totally depends on your style and how they look on you. It seems like you have a while to decide, so take your time deciding and enjoy every minute of it! SOmetimes I wish I could go back and do my dress search over again, I had so much fun trying on all the gorgeous dresses.

It really depends on your body type! These are very different dresses which will flatter different figures. Have you tried any of them on yet?

i agree with trying them on. i tried on one similar to the Kenneth Pool with the two beading sections opening up the waist and it looked horrible on me. i’m not going to lie, unless you really love your waist, i wouldn’t go with that dress. i ended up with a dropped waist gown with one beaded section around the hips. the dresses with ruching flattered my body type more. the monique is gorgeous! i love her dresses.

I’m thirding (or is it forthing?) trying on the dresses and then deciding. Don’t forget that you can try on ALL those beautiful dresses if you want to. But I wouldn’t make a decision based on internet photos alone. Sometimes dresses that look beautiful on the net aren’t quite what you think in real life and vice versa.

oh my goodness! I went for my dress appointment in spite of all the emotional issues I am going through. My wedding isn’t until July of 2013, but I just had to take you girls’ advice, and try at least one of those dresses on.
I live in Texas, at the top, and the nearest city is Amarillo. I don’t get the option of trying on Kenneth Pool, Monique Lhuillier, or Justina McCaffrey dresses, so that really isn’t an option, but I did get to try on the Maggie Sottero Brielle that I posted. Talk about amazing!!!
I have decided that that is the dress for me. Sorry to have you guys polling for nothing! Lol!
