Have you checked out Marry Go Round Bridal? They sell samples and gently worn dresses. Also check out Louise Blum. They are going out of business and will sell you samples at 50% off.

I got a card from Nima Boutique at the Bridal Extravaganza. I can't vouch for quality, but they said they make custom bridal wear. They are at 3729 Westheimer which I think is the highland village shopping center. Website is www.nimaboutique.com.

I have heard rave reviews about Vee's Tailor off Weslayan (inside the loop, West U area). She doesn't need anything but a picture you give her & she's supposed to be amazing (& crazy cheap!). I'm having her do my rehearsal dinner dress from some gorgeous fabric I've been saving for years. I'll let you know how it turns out!
