Ok, I’ve been doing a lot of dress searching, and all in all I’m frustrated.
I tried on the MoriLee 1612 and LOVED it. Almost cried even. Except, it needs a bolero. Now, I’m scared to get the dress, and then realize I have no options for the bolero. I have a distinct image of what I want, but it seems no one is able to produce it. On top of that, I have all of one weekend to decide on this dress. Unfortunately I don’t have any pics of me in it. I need a size 4 in white.
I don’t know what I’m really asking, but I’m scared to say ‘order it’ This next week is so much pressure on my FI and I. On top of everything, my venue decided to call me, instead of letting me talk to them on monday as scheduled, and told me that another bride wants the venue on the day I picked, and I need to choose Now if I want it or not. My FI believes that she’s bluffing, and just trying to pressure us. Idk.
I guess I’m looking for support to take the plunge, and order the dress. We decided on our colors and theme, and date, but nothing else is decided.
Ack, I’m so nervous. I’m scared that I’ll go for it, and then nothing will fall into place after that.

Don’t feel that way! Everything will not fall to pieces just because you ordered a dress or set the venue. There are always ways to fix things and things will work out!
You obviously love this dress enough to almost cry while trying it on. Why won’t you have an option for the bolero?
As for the venue, if you love it, just commit to you and you’ll even feel at ease knowing that the venue is booked and it’s one less thing to worry about. One tasks at a time and before you know you, your wedding day will be here!
Also, 9/10/2011 is a high demand date because of the 9-10-11 sequencing…. so make sure you book soon. the date is right around the corner!

@Aug2011Bride: ITA! That date is SUPER popular.
In my opinion, dont claim your date until you’ve booked your venue. Because we were totally SET on November 5th, we showed up to the venue to book and it was taken! AHHH! And most of the time it goes to the person with the cash/money to put down right then and there. Its business, nothing personal. So find your venue, look at their availability, make sure your dress suits your venue (outdoor/indoor/evening/humid day) and BOOK! =)
Oh and the dress you chose is super beautiful, you could easily find a bolero to match that on Etsy im sure!

Thanks so much. ((hugs))
I talked with my fam, and my FI, and decided. I’m ordering the dress, first thing in the morning. I tried to call tonight, but I called 2 minutes after they closed >.<
Anyways, thanks for reading my rambling, lol. We will talk with the venues first thing monday. I now have a #2 venue option that’s very pretty and half price.
I’ll definitely look on etsy. I’m looking for a V-neck 3/4-full length sleeve that buttons in back (like Kate’s). My budget is about $100 if you see anything like that 🙂
Again, Thank you^^
