seriously, i don’t think it looks good on you. i think there must be some other dresses that can show your body figure better

i think your choices in the poll too harsh. i dont think it UGLY, just not my style and based on you wrote is more why i voted you should get a new one!

i had dress regret with my first dress. i finally sold it, and when i started looking for another one, i followed some rules – do NOT buy a dress on the same day i try it on, go home and look at pics – see if i still like it, and do not buy a dress i cant try on!

i know you got a good deal, but maybe not so much if you end up not using it.  the fact that you regretted it as soon as you got home means had u even waited one day, you would never have went back for it – that only means it should not be your dress!

First of all, you sound like you don’t really like the dress at all anymore.  That makes me say no way, keep looking.

Honestly, I don’t care for the corset looking top.  It just seems to have a harshness to it against the soft ruffly skirt that doesn’t work right.  I think my biggest issue is that line/seam right down the middle.

I’d keep looking if I were you since you didn’t try on many dresses, let alone your ideal.

Keep looking, you’ll find the one! I think all lace would suit your figure very well!

I think it’s really pretty, but if it’s absolutely not what you want, then for sure you won’t ever be happy with it and should start looking for a new one.

@Trichster:  dont feel too bad, a lot of these replies were influenced by YOUR post…”i regretted it as soon as i got home”…when you write that, you will get people telling you its not the one if you have that many doubts and then they will be more honest about how much they like the dress.

i can honestly say that when girls post dresses i don’t like, i don’t comment.  so i dont think its ever that someone has “everyone” liking her dress, its just that the only people who comment are the ones who like it. the ones who dont, dont say anything.  but YOU were saying you regret it…..had you said “look i got my dress, i am so excited!!”  these people would not have replied and only the people that DO like it would say so.

    that’s my theory anyway!

upon closer inspection, i think i would like it more if it had a sweetheart neckline.

It’s definitely not my taste. But I think you should look again since you never got the chance to try on something you wanted.

DO you love the dress??? Do you want to wear it for 10 hours??

Its not about what we or anyone else thinks. If its your dress you should know and love it.

    Good Luck.

I didn’t vote because I didn’t like your poll choices.

I think the gown looks lovely on you and if you changed the neckline to a sweetheart neckline and put a full crinoline under it, it would look even better and it would totally change the look of the gown.

My suggestion is to take it in to a shop and try it on with a crinoline and get the seamstress to pin the bodice into a sweetheart neckline to see if that changes your mind. There was a reason you picked this dress, so I think you should give it another try.

@Trichster:  oh my goodness, i hope you were not crying because of what weddingbee users were saying?  listen to @aandmklover, all that really matters is what YOU think!  and maybe your Fiance, if you let him see it?
