I changed my mind about my dress within 4 days of purchasing it and they let me switch dresses because the order was not placed yet. If you want to call them as soon as they open Monday they might be able to do something for you. The girl I had was awesome and the only reason I was able to do what I did.

tasha1982:  This is sort of different but I changed the color of my dress and they let me. My dress came damaged so we had to reorder it STAT because my wedding was like a month away but I also chose to change the color of it and they didn’t give me attitude.

If they haven’t processed the order yet they can change dresses from the same salon.  Often the order takes a few weeks to process- I would call them now just to ask.  I did that and I ended up picking the original dress I ordered again… Haha- but at least I felt more sure about it

I think it depends on where you got the dress from. My bff was going to order a dress from a bridal salon, but when she inquired about their refund policy after reading their HUGE sign that read NO REFUNDS! she was told that the deposit would not be refunded. Even if she ordered it and changed her mind the same day, but they would issue a store credit if she reordered another dress within a 30-day time frame.  Needless to say,  she didn’t give them her business. She ordered a dress from David’s Bridal and changed her mind about a week later,  and they gave her a 100% refund. She and I went to DB over the weekend and she reordered the same dress! I just SMH n Lol!
