I loved my dress when I first got it, now I’m having some second thoughts..too late now! Lol..I just went on for a try on appointment. So it hasn’t been altered or fitted or anything like that. So it doesn’t look as fitted around the waist as when I originally tried it on. I feel like it needs a belt or something else. Ideas? I’m also worried about my breasts pouring out of dress. I’m a nursing mom, though I’ll stop that soon so they flunctuate in size.

It’s beautiful but it definitely needs something. A belt? A statement necklace? A lace-trimmed veil? An elaborate headpiece? There’s so much you could do.

it’s gorgeous. You’ll feel way different after it’s fitted. Try some accessories too though 🙂

I’m def doing a long veil, either plain or lace. Their is detail on the bodice but it’s hard to see in small pic. I think it’ll look better once they take some in on the side and it’s more fitted. But I think it needs a beaded belt.

I’m in love with that dress. A belt would definitely be nice, or necklace. Either way, you’re going to look absolutely gorgeous!!!!

Once it’s fitted and you’ve found the belt you love, the accessories you love, and done your hair, you’ll have no regret. You’re just seeing a big disparity between what the unfitted dress alone looks like, and the overall look you want on your wedding. The dress is only ONE piece of the costume. You need all the pieces to come together for the overall look! Just remind yourself that when you look at that dress pic – you’re only seeing 1/3rd of the overall look you’ll rock on your big day.

Your dress is gorgeous! I think maybe add a fun/sparkly belt to show off your waist. Great choice!
