I normally prefer colours to white, but the second dress just doesn’t look bridal to me and I really don’t think it’s worth the $2,500! It’s nice, but not worth it in my opinion, and not the best dress for a wedding. I am a huge fan of non-traditional wedding dresses, but this time, I much prefer the white dress. It’s just as pretty and flowy, and I think it would look great for a garden wedding.

Bridetobe829:  I usually love the colored dresses, but I’m not feeling the watters on you. It’s just “meh” for me. I personally think that the dress you bought is gorgeous, especially with the flowered belt for a bit of something interesting.

Bridetobe829:  I like the skirt a lot better on the Watters dress. is there anyway you could buy the skirt in ivory(if that is what your first dress is) and maybe combine the best of both worlds? I’m not sure if that is even possible but thought I would throw it out there haha

I am the ultimate Watters/Wtoo fan ( I own WToo Olivia in oatmeal) but I honestly think youR david bridal dress is more suiting To you.

I love the second one! Is it possible to sell the first one since you haven’t altered it yet?

i like the first one.  the 2nd is a pantyhose colored formal event gown but not a “wedding dress”  being the same tone as your skin it lacks definition and looks frumpy. and $2500 for it is ridiculous.  not in a million years.

The details on the first dress are GORGEOUS. Love the belt and the beading. The second dress I think I’d like a lot better in a different colour… I like blush and caramel coloured ones but it looks really dark, and kind of a bland, oatmeal colour.. Very nice dress, but just doesn’t seem bridal to me

I like the white wedding dress better. I dont think that the colored dress looks like a wedding dress its too dark of a blush imo. i think i agree with your mom that you should just go with the white dress from DB

I honestly think the first one looks better on you.  That belt is beautiful on the first dress too.  Save your money and stick with your first gown.

Do you like the structure and support of the corset or the flowiness of the tulle in the Watters? Or the color?  Would a corset under your David’s Bridal dress and extra layers of tulle on the skirt help you like it better?  I am not going to tell you not to get the Watters if you really like it and can afford it.  I am a multiple dress bride. I love colored dresses too and you must  or your first one wouldn’t be champagne
