I put a little bit of time into looking for a place that rented wedding gowns in the Portland area, but didn't come up with anything good. :(
I ended up buying an unworn, discontinued David's Bridal gown off of e-bay for around $100.
I ended up doing the same thing. The dress was cheap though, so I accomplished my goal!
