As many of you know, I was without a wedding dress because well, like the title says…The shop where I purchased my dress had a fire and my dress was ruined. Feel free to read the entire post is you would like…not sure how to link it. Anyway, I only had 2 1/2 months until my wedding at that point and was at a loss as to what to do for my wedding dress.
I decided to go with Dressilyme, and this morning I received my finished pictures. It took less than a month to complete and I was able to talk them into pictures…plus it only cost me around $200 with a sale that was going on (that is shipping included!).
Tell me what you think Bess, it may not be the original dress I fell in love with, but I am surprised at how excited I am that it’s finished!

*On the last picture I noticed that the skirt seems to be missing some tulle. I communicated this and am hoping its just a shadow…but to me it looks like there is actually a section of tulle missing???

I cannot wait to try it on, I think it is a good replacement for my “Eden”. The turn around for this dress was also about 2 1/2 weeks…The order wasn’t confirmed until 02/21/14. That is crazy and from the pictures the dress looks pretty well made.

I think the missing piece of tulle is just a shadow from the plinth/box the mannequin is standing on, I wouldn’t worry too much. The dress looks gorgeous, quite similar to mine. Can’t wait to see it on, make sure you post some pics! bet it will look beautiful 🙂
