Have you tried going really early in the morning? I found that to be a better time. Or a weekday.
I did go right when one salon opened with an appointment and after we were there about 30 mins a whole gaggle of them came in. I guess mom and I are going to hae to suck it up and take a vacation day for dress shopping. I was hoping to avid that until I got to maybe three top contenders and then I would bring in the FMIL and the MOH. I can't believe these girls spending $400 plus on prom dresses. Mine was $75 at a department store outlet and it was a Jessica McClintok.

Are the prom dress shoppers driving everyone else who's tring to buy a dress now crazy? I need to order by April 1st at the latest for my Oct. 31st wedding and the prom dress shoppers are overwhelming the salons especially on Saturdays which is the easiest day for me due to work and the fact my mom lives two hours away and coordinating with her.
