Number 1: start to monitor everything you eat (you can use a free tool such as calorie count)

Number 2: If you want to do this, amp up your activity level

Number 3: Don’t go on a crazy diet, because they you might end up gaining weigth after the fitting… However, if you feel like you can live without pasta and white bread, I would cut that out from your diet
