i wore a really simple, white, short Jcrew dress to our after party that i found for only like $50. i kind of wish i has changed into something easier to dance in for the reception but i couldnt justify it.
I had originally decided to have a dress to change into at the reception. I fell in LOVE with that dress. But I wasn't actually sold on my ceremony dress so I kept looking, and I found the ONE. But now I don't want to change out of it. So I'm saying goodbye to that adorable Grecian reception dress. But I have no regrets.
They had several today on ideeli and I see cute ones alot of the other sites like that (gilt, ruelala, etc) all the time!
i got a white betsey johnson dress off of ebay for $75. i'm only wearing it for our exit, not through the reception.
If you wanted to risk waiting until prom dresses went on sale, you MIGHT be able to find a cute white dress!

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has purchased a dress to change into at their reception or after. I'm having a June wedding and my dress is really full at the bottom. I'm considering buying a lighter dress to change into if I get hot or to go out in afterwards. I looked at David's and there are only a few I like. Plus, I don't want to spend a fortune (ie: $100 or less would be great)! Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look? Thank you! :)
