Okay I bought my dress and it was perfect… Gained a little weight and it was tight… Lost 40+ pounds it was way too big. I knew I gained a few pounds but had no glue how much till I measured myself today. Turns out I’ve gained it all back and I think it will be an inch too tight on the thighs. I have 10 days now to fit back into it so I’m back onto my strict gluten free casein free egg free corn free potato free etc etc diet. We are also walking 7km almost everyday which feels awesome. Now I need to loose fast. My fitting is being done in 1 days and I’ll be working my button off for 2 months before the wedding. Has anyone else been through this? How did you deal? I’m back to no good baked goods thanks to no yeist eggs wheat or milk. I’ll be doing a cleanse tomorrow so that will help (last time I lost 15pounds this is due to my food intolerance and I was followed by an amazing naturopath). Sorry it was long I’m just so stressed out about everything I burst into tears during today’s hike.

yikes! Id say just try watching what you eat and work out an hour a day at least. sorry to hear this happened. hopefully once it is altered no major weight gain happens.

Avoid salt and soda as they will bloat you.
Drink lots of water. At LEAST 2 liters a day.

eat bananas – the pottasium helps with water weight
no beer or other fizzy drinks!

try adding a weighted vest or belt when walking. The more weight you carry the more calories you burn.
Do some light jogging with the walking. Intervals are great for burning calories.
this worked for me I’ve finally broken thru my plateau without having to add on more miles.

Thanks for the advice girls. I already dont drink soda but I will increase my water to 3L hopefully. Im trying to cut out sugar too but Im having the most horrible cravings ever. Ive started using nordic poles on my walks to increase my caloric burn but its killing my IT band.

@naturalysam: You may be taking too long strides – try smaller, fast steps or even jogging. I swear by pyramid workouts – you start out at a low intensity, step it up every minute until you’re at your max ability, then step it back down. Do that a couple times and your workout is done!
