Congratulations!
I bought my at the store (DB). I personally think it's best to try on the dress. A lot of times we think a dress may look good on us and it doesn't, and vice versa. For example, I found my "dream" dress and when I put it on it wasn't as pretty as the dress I ultimately picked.
@Lyndzo: Very good point! I guess I am just a nervous wreck about time and budget! I am making an appointment to go look at dresses to just get started. Thanks!

I just got engaged last week and we have the date and venue selected for the end of July. I am already a little overwhelmed with the to-do-before-I-do list and the costs! Have any of you purchased your dress online? Did you try it on at a store/salon first? Was it a good or bad decision? Thank you!
