long time lurker, first time poster…
I ordered a dress from Dressily Me about 3 weeks ago, after some discussion, photos were agreed to and I got them yesterday!!!
Sorry about the size! I don’t know how to shrink it
I’m just not sure on
1. how the dress will look on and
2. what I need to ask them to fix.
I think one sleeve is longer, and the lace on the left side above the bust goes up higher…
Could you help a girl out? I think i’m having second thoughts. Would LOVE some help!

I would have them check on the sleeves but other than I cant see anything else the original dress pic is without the back so the replica back looks nices
the detail in the front looks great also

I’ll try and find a pic of the back! But it’s pretty spot on I think 🙂
It’s so hard to tell without trying it on! I’m going crazy waiting for it to get here

Beautiful dress! How did you get them to send you pictures so quickly? They told me that it would make my dress take 40 – 50 days to come in if I wanted pictures.

Can they add a couple of layers to the tulle part of the skirt? I can see the lining in a few places…

Yeah, the right sleeve appears shorter than the left, might want them to look at it. Other than that, it’s a stunning dress.

Does the original picture have a dropped waist like the Dressilyme dress? To me, it looks like the original dress is smooth all the way down, like an a-line. Also, the original dress seems to have a much more defined line across the bust with the floral details coming out of it.

@BluePurple90: looks great! Like you said the sleeves are disproportional and the front of the dress the lace seem to be asymmetrical when in the inspiration both sides r the same

please post photos once u get it. the sleeves are beautiful

Thanks for the lovely feedback, I’ve taken them onboard and emailed my lovely consultant about changes!
@AmpersandStyle: I was told it would take 45 days instead of 30 too, I think its something they use to try and disuade us from wanting pictures
@solidarity: I’ve asked them to take off some of the fluffy stuff at the waist, it was bothering me 😛
Mid production photos got in 1 hour ago 🙂 Lace has been fixed and so have sleeves, I asked for buttons as per the original, so far they look weird because they are ‘decorative’ but I am hopeful all will work out.
and the ‘fake buttons’ im still trying to get fixed
Thanks Bees 😀

Thanks @MrsSmith13: I feel it’s totally worth the $250 I’m paying for it!
The more I look at it, the more I like it

The bust looks much higher/more modest on the replica but I’m not sure if you were going for that.

@BluePurple90: I agree it looks worth the price to me as well.

@MsLabRat: I really wasn’t, but I can always try and get it altered if it’s too much for me when it arrives 🙂
