I’m thinking of having a coat made for my wedding and emailed Dressilyme about it last night. For those of you who have dealt with them in the past, how long does it usually take them to respond? I know that there is a time difference, but I was really hoping to have heard something by this morning.

I always heard back within 24 hours. Usually if I emailed one day I heard back by 4 or 5 am the next morning.

@MASPA: My wedding will be outside in January. I do live in Alabama, so there is the possiblity that it will be in the 70’s outside. I accidentally bid on and won the Quincenera version of my dress that doesn’t have a train, so I’m having a coat made with a train for the ceremony that I can take off if the weather is nice. The inspiration for it is a 1940s style coat that sold on Etsy last month. It’ll be made of silver satin to match my red and silver dress.

They didn’t reply to my initial inquiry for 3, 4 days? But once we were in communication about the details, it was every day. But they always message at 1, 2 am my time (west coast here).
