I am looking for a tailor in the Toronto area to make a replica of a Vera Wang or a Monique Lhuiliier dress.
Trouble is, I don't know what the time frame is for a dress to be made; and I don't if the cost to have a look-a-like made will be the same or more than to buy a pre-owned dress.
