Since drinks are relatively cheap, I would probably have enough for everyone to have 1.5 bottles of water and both a tea and a lemonade.

So 120 bottles of water, 80 servings of tea, and 80 servings of lemonade. You’ll probably have leftovers, but that seems to be safe.

@PacificMrs:  I read once that a way to estimate drink consumption is by hour of the event, assuming people will drink 2 drinks in the first hour and then 1 drink every subsequent hour.  So a 2 hour event would be 3 drinks/person.  That may pertain more to alcoholic drinks though.

Buy cases of water have plenty of extra and the cases that aren’t open you can always return.

I would also buy enough even if that means leftover. Bottled water can always be saved. I think 120 bottles would be safe. Not everyone will drink water but some may want more than 1 bottle. I read somewhere that 5 gallons of iced tea serves 80 people IF you use 16 oz containers (same for lemonade). MOST people that drink these are going to drink more than 1 glass in a 2 hour period if they are eating. If it were me, I would probably plan on doing 10 gallons of tea and 10 of lemonade and 120 bottles of water. We are having lemonade and sweet tea at our rehearsel dinner (our wedding as well, but we don’t have to worry about bringing that in, the venue does that) and for 50 people at the rehearsel we have ordered 12 gallons of lemonade and 12 of tea (so we are defintely are over-stocked) plus unlimited water (not bottled).

I would say plan 1 of each drink for each person.
