I won’t wear it until April, but it just arrived on Saturday and I am completely in love with it. I didn’t have a comb attached so I can choose the blusher length on my wedding day which I guess is just as well because if I could pop it on I would be swanning around in it every day.

I really love the look of the drop veil as well.  I wore a 30×36 length drop veil with rhinestone edge during my August ceremony.  I had it custom made from the site ClassicVeils.com

BUMP! Is there anyone else out there who wore or is wearing a drop veil? I’m also considering a drop veil and would love to see some real brides wearing theirs or some inspiration!

meredithm7046:  Your drop veil is so pretty! I found a nice, simple one I like on Etsy, but I’m still debating on whether to do the drop veil or just a single tier cut edge veil. Trying to decide if I want the veil over my face for the ceremony or not!

tksjewelry:  meredithm7046:  Did your dad lift your veil or did you wait for your husband to do it at the end of the ceremony? Was it a bother having the veil over your face?

^^mine was finger tip length… I am not a big fan of veils at all, but drop veils are so delicate and classy!

tksjewelry:  Thanks! I was thinking I would do the same thing if I go with the drop veil. I am not sure I would want the veil on my face for the whole ceremony.

cloe.belen:  Thank you for posting! The way you have your hair is pretty much the look I will be going for, so I have been wanting to see a drop veil with this type of hairstyle. I think it looks great! You looked beautfiul!

cloe.belen:  This is just lovely! I definitely want my hair down and in vintage waves. It’s such a beautiful, classic look! I wasn’t planning on wearing a veil either, but friends and family have convinced me. So now that I know I will wear a veil, I really want it simple and elegant. This is perfect!

gloriel81:  I agree it’s classy and timeless! You don’t want look at your wedding pictures 10-20-30 years from now and say “why why why what was I thinking?” I think this transcends time and trends, its simple and beautiful!
