Haha. I am totally doing this. As I said earlier, I have detail fatigue!
I've got 2 months and I'm doing as much I can to avoid this. Although I just said 'good-bye' to my DIY photo booth idea yesterday. Didn't feel like constructing a 6 foot wall.
Just dropped a "so you're coming to our DW..."flyer. There really aren't that many people coming, a phone call or email will be fine.
I dropped like crazy. I won't say that not I'm happy I skipped out, but maybe I should have planned ahead better. I am grateful for not stressing too badly at the end, but I wish I had done more. My sentiment totally may not apply to your situation.
We're not QUITE close enough for me to determine if anything I'm still hoping to do gets dropped...but I say if it saves you stress, cut it out!

The wedding is 11 days away and as much as I hate to admit it, I'm dropping projects left and right.
OOT Bags? eh...
Bathroom Baskets? Not the end of the world if I don't have them right?
Did you drop any projects in the weeks leading up to your wedding? Do you wish you had or hadn't??
