I have no idea if Dubai is a good place for a honeymoon, but is now the best time to go considering their financial implosion?
It's a question we were actually thinking about cheerful. I'm not sure if the crisis will make things cheaper...or cause some chaos...

Sorry, there are no users yet.
If we're lucky, we will get a 2-3 day honeymoon because we have to fit a round trip Korea-Toronto trip + wedding + showing his Korean family around Canada + honeymoon in his two week only vacation.
We were thinking about trying to have a mini-moon stopover in Vancouver. However, at the moment most Seoul-Toronto tickets through Vancouver are around $3000!!!! Absolutely ridiculous.
Strangely, the cheapest option (without using an American carrier....sorry...but I really can't do a long flight on one of those) seems to be going through Dubai. We're monitoring the ticket prices over the next month or so, but in the meantime I'm trying to research Dubai as a possible mini-moon location.
So...has anyone been to Dubai/been there on a honeymoon? Is it a good spot for a romantic couple day stop over?
