I've never been to a wedding with dueling pianos but I think it would be awesome! I've been to a few parties with them and I've been the place downtown Chicago.
Sadly I don't think this is a popular deal outside of Chicago? No one in Iowa knows what it is.
That sounds so unique and the best time ever-why didn't I think of that. One of my favorite places ever is the dueling piano bar in New York New York in Las Vegas, I have to force myself not to spend every night there when I go. That just sounds like so much fun, I hope you have a fun group that would really get into it! Would you have the guests pay money for songs and such, maybe that could be like a bride and groom jar and you guys can take that on your honeymoon. Not that they have to but it's fun, when I was at the bar in Vegas someone gave $100 so that they wouldn't play the Michigan fight song, I loved it!
I am so glad some people like the idea. My mom and I got so excited about it, but when I asked my friend she seemed hesitant. We aren't sure what the exact schedule of events would be yet. I am really excited now. Thanks!
We're going to a dueling pianos bar for our after party. Are you having other entertainment, like a DJ or music, or just the pianos?
I like that idea! There's a local dueling piano bar I go to, and everyone always looks like they are having a blast!
A lot of the groups have packages where they play for two hours and then DJ after that. It depends on the budget. I am just starting to look into this.

I am looking for some sort of entertainment for my wedding othe than a DJ. Has any one had or been to a wedding with Dueling Pianos? Any other suggestions for alternative entertainment?
