What size font should names be in on the namecards?  As in, the ones that will be at people's seats at the reception.  Using Times New Roman as an example, is 22 big enough?  30?  I'm looking for ballpark here, I know it depends on the font.

Also - do people normally put first & last names on the namecards?

    Thanks Bees!!!!!

First and Last names on name cards so John and John and Kate and Kate dont get mixed up.

Depends what font.. I say about 30 is a great legible size :)
