yay 11/21!!! that'll be our one year anniversary! =)
of course, hurricane season is always a consideration, but it's more than 1/2 of the year, so it being there at the end of the season is definitely better than a summer wedding - we were married in orlando and were blessed with spectacular weather - and since you chose such a magical date, i hope every 11/21 is just as lovely.
@krissycake thank you for ur reply :D Congrats to you and Mr Krissycake :p hope ur day was magical!! Thanks for the info. I was thinking the same thing. In Puerto Rico November is thier wettest month, but hopefully we will get lucky too.
Im having a destination wedding on 11/6/10 in St Thomas.. i have to say its beautiful and the cost is very reasonable for guests.. i did look into puerto rico and actually loved the El covento hotel but we went to visit st thomas first and fell in love, its very mountainous and my goal was to find a cliff over looking the ocean for the ceremony and they are all over St Thomas.
Have you considered Hawaii? Also, the caribbean coast of Costa Rica is usually dry during that season and is well south of Hurricane alley.

So FI and I have decided on a destination wedding, however are unsure of the actual destination. we've thought about Jamaica, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico. Our wedding date is November 21,2010. We are a little concerned about Hurricance Season, event though it should pretty much be over. Are there any suggestions on DW locations for that time of year?
