(Closed) Dye crinoline in the bath tub?

if it works for you dying it in a tub let me know im trying to figure out how to dye mine…i was thinking of a bucket in my back yard…but idk..i dont want to get dye everywhere and i know it will kill the grass…. i have a top load washer…im just trying to avoid that.

@MsInterpret: Let me know if the 2nd one turns out mine is also polyester and I would love to dye mine.  I heard the dye comes off when they are dry for polyester.

I would be worried about it staining the tub! I live in an apt so I guess I am extra cautious when it comes to things like that.

Has anyone dyed in a front loader?  If the polyester one of Mrs. Interpet works I want to dye mine also but we have a front loader to and not sure how FI would like a colored dye job tub
