(Closed) Dyed crinoline..about to jump on the band wagon!!

I followed this ladies advice. She showed how easy it is to do and when I did mine it was!

Except I bought a bigger tub and used regular Tide to wash it. Plus I used a cup of white vinegar because the type of material I had.(FYI, if you want it black use a bottle and a box of black dye). Its doable.

Anyway, go to the RIT website and read the directions there. Very useful.

Oh and dont worry about measuring how much water you use. I didnt measure at all and it turned out great.

@xlittlemissbridex:  Very welcome. I did a thread of my experience with pics and all, but then when I realized they are letting people pin pictures on Pinterest now,I deleted it I need to crop my pics a bit more before I feel comfortable sharing(it kind of shows my bedroom).

A lot of people I know use Pinterest and Im afraid people will see my slip before the wedding. ๐Ÿ™‚ Well and I love weddingbee and dont want people I know who use Pinterest find out that its me on weddingbee. lol
