Most dresses have a thick enough lining that the color won’t show through. I plan on dying my crinoline purple so I put a bright purple dress underneath my wedding dress to make sure it’s thick enough.

It shouldn’t bleed because after you dye the crinoline you wash it (several times if you want) so that you know no color bleed would occur.
